About the Role: This position is crucial for overseeing and directing a large-scale electrical project involving a workforce of over 100 employees. The Electrical Superintendent will collaborate closely with the on-site Electrical Project Manager and an assigned Senior Superintendent to ensure the successful execution of the project. Essential Functions: Create a unified Vision & Message for project management teams, establishing consistent building methods and standards in collaboration with the Senior Procurement Superintendent. Track workforce metrics, assisting project teams with labor schedules, project projections, and adherence to The Sturgeon Way. Actively work with the training manager to identify candidates for required training programs and safety professionals. Lead On-Site Field Meetings, including weekly coordination meetings, BIM team meetings, and general contractor meetings. Set clear expectations for on-site Field Leadership, educating teams on available resources. Assist in monitoring productivity and project timelines using MYR Group labor tracking software. Collaborate with the Procurement group and the Director of Field Operations to maximize project value. Foster a strong safety culture and demonstrate commitment to safety protocols. Regular and predictable attendance is essential; other duties may be assigned as required. Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and applicable professional standards. About You: At least 3 years of progressive experience in training and process improvement, including leadership positions. A minimum of 5 years in senior-level field management within the electrical construction industry, with proven experience in managing projects exceeding $15M and a workforce of 100 employees. Experienced in the utilities and/or electrical construction sector, with strong financial knowledge. High school diploma or GED, along with relevant training or education in Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or Business Administration. Certification from an accredited electrical trade school and a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License are required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Maintain OSHA 10 / 30 qualifications. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam Studio, and Teams. Thorough knowledge of construction management techniques and workforce productivity. Strong planning and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication skills and a visionary mindset focused on achieving project objectives. What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000 annually, based on experience, with weekly payments. This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement, and wages and benefits will align with this agreement.
