A nationally recognized electrical contractor is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center projects in the Phoenix metro area. This role will lead project planning, coordination, and execution with a focus on delivering high-quality, fast-paced infrastructure builds in one of the nation’s top data center markets.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee electrical scope from preconstruction through commissioning Manage project budgets, change orders, procurement, and contract documentation Coordinate closely with field teams, GCs, clients, and design partners Lead submittal reviews, RFIs, material tracking, and risk mitigation Maintain project schedules and reporting for internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with code, safety protocols, and client performance standards Support BIM coordination, installation sequencing, and turnover documentation Serve as a key point of contact for hyperscale clients and commissioning teams.

Required Skills & Experience: 7–10+ years of electrical project management experience in large-scale construction Experience managing data center or other mission-critical infrastructure projects ($50M+) Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and complex MEP coordination Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Ability to lead teams and interface with clients in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience working with hyperscale clients (Meta, Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) OSHA 30 and PMP or equivalent certifications preferred Willingness to work on-site in Phoenix as required by project phase.
