KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services.
Inspect vehicles for potential issues that need attention.
Perform basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid level checks.
Show basic computer knowledge.
Manage inventory and ensure supplies are available.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to safety protocols for a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
Willingness to learn and adopt the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
Obtain SuperPro certification.
Must have reliable transportation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Inspect and replace car lights and wipers.
Check and add vehicle fluids as needed.
Inspect and replace engine and cabin air filters.
Add the correct amount of oil to engines based on vehicle specifications.
Remove, rotate, lift, and reinstall tires as part of the rotation service.
Lubricate necessary chassis and driveline components.
Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.
Verify and ensure all necessary services have been performed accurately.
Move between work bays to service multiple vehicles.
Ascend and descend stairs and catwalks to retrieve parts and perform required services.
Perform tasks with arms above head under vehicles.
Position self to access various vehicle components.
Move and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Utilize tools efficiently in tight spaces.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding service performance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in various temperatures.
Exposure to sufficient noise levels may require shouting to communicate.
Work near moving mechanical parts and vehicles involves inherent hazards.
Exposure to fumes, dust, and other conditions that may affect breathing or skin.
Operating in narrow aisles or passageways including catwalks is required.
