We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator with Civil Site Construction experience to join our team! The ideal candidate would be a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives under guidance but also excels working independently. Recent growth has led to opportunities to join our established civil construction company in the Brandon/Riverview area.

Key Responsibilities: Review of preliminary and final civil construction plans in preparation for bid proposals. Review appropriate municipal specifications. Perform quantity takeoffs of earthwork, grading, paving, utilities, and site concrete for private and public sector projects. Obtain and review vendor quotations. Various office tasks related to construction estimating on an as needed basis. Requirements: Able to read and interpret civil construction plans and documents. Able to adhere to guidelines and complete project tasks in established time frames. A detail-oriented team player with strong communications skills. Familiar with MS Office, AGTEK, Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Professional experience in earthwork, utilities and roadwork construction is required. 5 + years in Civil Construction is HIGHLY preferred. Civil engineering or related construction degree a plus but not required. Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday Weekends as needed Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate according to experience.
