Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from pre-construction through completion. Support estimating tasks including quantity take-offs, subcontractor outreach, and cost analysis. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution. Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs. Attend job site meetings and document progress through reports and photos. Help ensure project compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations. Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking crews and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
