Job Description

Accurate estimating, quantity takeoffs, vendor and subcontractor coordination, developing detailed budgets, cost control, and identifying risks.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator with comprehensive expertise in all 16 divisions of construction, as defined by the Construction Specifications Institute's MasterFormat. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in accurately estimating costs for a diverse range of construction projects, encompassing both new builds and renovations.

What's On Offer

Base salary (140,000 to 170,000 annually), project completion bonus, health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, truck allowance, cellphone allowance.
