Estimator For Retail Construction

Job Description

Working directly with the VP of Construction to review and prepare estimates. Receive new projects, upload into system, build out the contact list & the scope of work, input 3-4 bids for each category. Read drawings and understand the scope of work. Utilize software like: Excel, Procore, Projectmate.

The Successful Applicant

Must Haves:

• Around 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Ambition to help grow and eventually run a team
• Strong tenure - average of at least 2 years per previous employer

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or financial field
• Experience estimating for gas station and retail construction projects
