Job Description Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
Analyzes and resolves cost differences.
Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
Develops bids for construction projects.
Works closely with architects and other professionals.
Schedules meetings with clients, contractors, site managers, and staff.

The Successful Applicant 4-year college degree in engineering or construction management is desirable
5+ years of estimating experience, preferably in the commercial, multifamily or mixed use space. Additional field experience and project engineering is desirable.
Experienced and proficient in On-Screen Take-Off and Timberline estimating software is preferable but not mandatory assuming candidate has experience in similar applications.
Proficient in MS Excel, FTP site, document distribution, storage and records management.
What's on Offer A competitive base salary between $100,000 - $140,000 (Depending on experience with a general contractor)
