Estimator For Multifamily Construction

Job Description

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and scopes of work. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Assist with value engineering and cost control strategies. Work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure estimating aligns with project goals. Maintain current knowledge of material pricing, labor trends, and market conditions.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of estimating experience in multifamily construction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building methods. Proficient in estimating tools/software (ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred: Degree in Construction Management or related field; bilingual (English/Spanish); knowledge of the South Florida market.
