We are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Project Executive to oversee multiple utility-scale battery energy storage projects across the nation. In this pivotal role, you will manage intricate construction operations while mentoring project teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and safety. As a vital leader in our expanding renewables division, you will collaborate with energy clients nationwide to deliver impactful storage solutions that enhance grid resilience and support decarbonization efforts. Your expertise in managing concurrent projects, developing talent, and driving results will be crucial in shaping the evolution of clean energy infrastructure. Location & Travel: This is a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will travel regularly to project sites, with travel requirements up to 50%. A vehicle allowance and company credit card will be provided to cover all business-related travel expenses. Responsibilities: Promote and adhere to all company safety policies and protocols. Oversee multiple projects and uphold prime contracts with owners. Build and sustain client relationships to secure repeat business. Collaborate with procurement for subcontractor and supplier selections. Coordinate teams for bid preparation and proposal submissions. Ensure comprehensive quotes are obtained for all trades. Review and validate all bids against contractual requirements. Manage change orders and owner requests for additional work. Resolve contract disputes in collaboration with project stakeholders. Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality and compliance. Support site leadership in resolving conflicts related to subcontractor performance or material delivery. Lead project management teams, setting clear goals and expectations. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of construction industry experience with knowledge of construction techniques and management. Experience in managing projects related to Battery Energy Storage or other renewable energy sources such as Wind or Solar is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Commitment to workplace safety and health standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera, Timberline, and other construction software. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, contracts, and regulations. Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Aptitude for basic mathematics and problem-solving in practical scenarios.
