Position:
Full-time experienced construction estimator
On-site office position
40 hours/week
Job details:
Sending detailed projects out to bid to subcontractors with pictures and architectural models
Calling supply companies
Building proposals, etc.
Must-haves:
Experience in the office and on-site
Valid driver license
Reliable transportation
Experience with customer interaction
Without supervision, job-specific computer skills to learn/navigate Reliable Quality Construction’s current estimating system (Buildertrend).
Pay scale:
$45,000-$85,000 based on experience and ability to meet the above criteria
The 30-day probationary period helps both the employee and employer evaluate role suitability.
