Permanent position – Full time/year round * Merit based wage increases & bonuses * Very little travel outside of the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area

Responsibilities: * Erect pre-engineered metal buildings including: * Install steel columns, girts, purlins, * Sheeting roofs and siding * Occasionally self perform concrete/dirt work * Knowledge of forklift/machinery operation * Can operate a wide variety of Power tools * Able to follow detailed directions * Hard worker with heads up awareness of jobsite equipment, hazards, and operations * Is not afraid of heights (This is an absolute MUST)

Requirements: * Valid driver’s license * Must own a vehicle * Lift 50+ pounds * High school Diploma * Hours: Monday – Friday / 7am to 3:30pm (Winter) 6am to 2:30pm (Summer)

Signing Bonus: $750 ($200 after 90 days, $550 after 270 days) * · Up to a $1.50/hr wage increase at 90 days (based on performance & attendance)

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour. ( DOE in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings)
