What You'll Do:
- Work outdoors on commercial roofing projects-low slope, steep slope, or service
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using a variety of materials
- Collaborate with foremen and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Show up, step up, and own your work
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience in roofing OR construction, carpentry, mechanical, or military trades
- Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliability, work ethic, and a "get it done" mindset
- Team player attitude and the desire to build a future
