Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage construction fiber builds from launch through placement. They will coordinate all interdepartmental teams that have tasks on the order and work with internal teams to ensure that any necessary tasks are updated and project remains on track.

Manage the end-to-end placement process. This includes coordination with the internal teams, management of OSP resources for timely completion of facility readiness, coordination with Local Ops, etc.

Manage complex fiber builds, working closely with internal departments while building strong and healthy relationships to ensure continuity of workflow and attainment of our committed due dates and departmental goals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Aptitude to learn quickly and adjust rapidly to developing business needs

Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Comprehend and speak intelligently about complex circuit installs

Comprehend and speak intelligently about OSP topology

Ability to provide recommendations for process improvements

Ability to be assertive and escalate with various internal departments as needed to maintain proper workflow for customer orders

Strict attention to detail

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to contribute equally as an individual contributor or in a team environment

Experience in working directly with customers and the ability to speak with customers in a professional and empathetic manner

A solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the telecommunications sector is highly beneficial

Management of Contractor experience

The starting compensation range for this job is $63,500 to $81,700
