Our electrical transmission and distribution departments are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Construction Coordinator to oversee our transmission, and distribution construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field activities, performing inspections, creating reports, ensuring project completion within timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.  Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site observations and inspections, providing detailed progress reports and immediate resolution of issues.  Manage the availability of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to maintain project momentum.  Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety first.  Administer project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accuracy.  Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring transparency and collaboration.  Collect and analyze data, take measurements, and capture representative photographs as per inspection protocols.  The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: High School Diploma.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in powerline construction or inspection. Possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  Skills:
