Field Project Manager - Construction/Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our on-site projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing field operations, supervising site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated field projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and cost estimates
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project progress
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality control, and safety compliance
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and other required records
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
3-5 years of experience in field project management in a plant environment preferred
Industry certifications (PMP, OSHA, HAZMAT, EIT etc.) are a plus
Gantt Chart experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient with project management software and MS Office suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites
Must be able to travel to other sites up to 50%
Prefer candidates live in a commutable distance to Norwell Massachusetts
