Your Responsibilities:

You'll prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP scopes , build financial models to drive bid decisions, interpret drawings for quantitative takeoffs, collaborate with teams to validate estimates, and adjust projections as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with an MEP focus. Strong ability to align cost data with build schedules and financial goals.
