Our client in Leola PA is seeking assistance in their Floor dept!

Job Description/Duties)

Subfloor Installation : Measuring, cutting, and installing subfloor materials such as plywood or OSB. Flooring Material Application : Laying down vinyl, laminate, carpet, or hardwood flooring according to design specifications. Framing Support : Assisting with floor joist layout and securing structural components. Sealing and Insulation : Applying sealants and insulation materials to ensure energy efficiency and moisture protection. Tool Operation : Using hand and power tools like nail guns, saws, and staplers safely and efficiently. Quality Assurance : Inspecting work for accuracy, alignment, and finish quality. Team Collaboration : Coordinating with plumbing, electrical, and wall departments to ensure proper integration of floor systems.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in flooring or construction (preferred but not always required). Ability to read tape measures and blueprints. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
