What Youll Do
* Assist the Foreman with daily maintenance and landscape care * Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation checks * Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently * Help inspect plant health and identify issues like pests or irrigation problems * Ensure safety standards are followed on every job
What Were Looking For
* Experience: At least 1 year in landscape maintenance or fine gardening (preferred, not required) * Physical Ability: Can lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions * Team Player: Works well under direction and communicates clearly * Credentials: Valid drivers license preferred, E-Verify compliant * Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
