Job Description

Prepare accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractors. Analyze scope, site conditions, and regulations to develop detailed pricing. Assist with proposals, timelines, and risk assessments. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and compliance. Maintain records and data to support estimating strategies. Present and explain estimates to clients and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years GC estimating experience, Bluebeam proficiency, team player. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience estimating general construction projects, preferably with an environmental or public-sector component. You're detail-oriented, proficient in software like Bluebeam, and confident presenting your work internally and externally. You thrive both independently and as part of a team.
