General Laborer

Assist in the production of building precast homes, including tasks such as lifting materials up to 50 pounds, mixing and pouring concrete, tying rebar, bending materials for wall durability, installing and assembling windows per customer design, and moving materials around the facility.

Responsibilities

1. Lift materials up to 50 pounds.
2. Mix and pour concrete.
3. Tie rebar and bend materials for wall durability.
4. Install and assemble windows according to customer design.
5. Move materials around the facility.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Villages, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
