Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic: Deliver a robust, targeted sales plan aligned with growth goals Full P&L ownership for the U.S. operation Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance, analyze financial results, and drive revenue growth Represent the brand and strengthen market presence within the U.S. metals sector
Operational: Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and high safety standards Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial and operational team Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance across health, safety, and environment
Candidate Profile
Key Skills & Attributes: Commercially driven and results-oriented, with a track record of turning strategic plans into profitable growth Strong communicator and leader, capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels Hands-on, coaching leadership style—comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Aligns with the values and ambitions of a high-growth, privately held company
Experience & Knowledge: Proven senior sales or general management experience in metals, specialty alloys, or industrial distribution Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution dynamics Industry knowledge of corrosion-resistant alloys is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical or business-related)
