Executive Leadership Opportunity - Resort Operations
A well-established and rapidly growing hospitality group is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the full spectrum of RV resort management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values integrity, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a resort property. This includes cross-functional coordination, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality operations and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Champion a culture of service excellence and operational integrity. Lead and develop a high-performing team across all departments. Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest and resident experiences. Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and brand visibility. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and resort policies. Manage budgets, control costs, and support revenue growth. Contribute to annual planning and capital improvement strategies. Support home sales and resale activity within the resort community. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years in resort or hospitality leadership Strong understanding of industry trends and compliance standards Proven success in team development and guest satisfaction Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs Manual dexterity for office and operational tasks Clear vision and hearing for communication and documentation
