About Our Client

Job Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise multifamily projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain a strong focus on site safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.
- Conduct daily site walks, manage logistics, and resolve issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Supervise field staff and subcontractors while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Participate in pre-construction planning, and assist with procurement, manpower loading, and scheduling.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of field construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on high-rise multifamily projects (15+ stories).
- Proven expertise in structural concrete, vertical logistics, and complex project phasing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and subcontractor coordination.
- OSHA 30 certification (required); additional safety credentials a plus.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with project management tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar.
