Job Description
As a General Superintendent, you will be responsible for the daily management of all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, quality assurance, and efficient coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction from site preparation through final delivery.
- Maintain project schedules, coordinate work sequencing, and proactively resolve field issues.
- Enforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations on-site.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings with project managers, engineers, and trade partners.
- Collaborate with the project team to manage cost control and change order processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and field staff.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Strong background in ground-up multifamily or commercial residential construction.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and trade sequencing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
