Job Details
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. Key responsibilities include:
Summary of Responsibilities Leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Managing site safety and compliance Monitoring project progress and resolving issues Communicating with clients and stakeholders Overseeing project documentation and reporting Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification preferred PMP or CCM certification is a plus
