Job Details
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. Key responsibilities include:
Summary of Responsibilities
* Leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling * Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors * Managing site safety and compliance * Monitoring project progress and resolving issues * Communicating with clients and stakeholders * Overseeing project documentation and reporting
Desired Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field * 5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and safety regulations * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * OSHA 30 certification preferred * PMP or CCM certification is a plus
