About the Role

Applicants must have 10 to 15+ years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on preconstruction and estimating. A strong network across various industry stakeholders is essential, as is a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives. The role requires sharp business judgment, strong execution instincts, and a genuine interest in construction technology and industry transformation. The Head of Special Projects will engage directly with customers, participate in industry events, and be instrumental in shaping the company's approach to AI, estimating workflows, risk mitigation, and productivity.
