Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues
  • Drive project delivery from preconstruction through closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven success on active healthcare construction sites
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
