We are seeking Healthcare Senior Project Managers in Nassau County with a strong history of recent healthcare experience, representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for both new and occupied healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will manage Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments, representing the owner and stakeholder groups, and be part of a high-performing team delivering projects for healthcare clients in Southern Florida. The Senior Project Manager will oversee design professionals and contractors in constructing healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bioscience facilities, guiding projects through all phases from budgeting to closeout. Responsibilities: Assist Executive Managers in leading project teams, setting goals, and developing strategies, policies, and procedures. Manage staff recruitment, financials, and schedules, and carry out duties assigned by the Executive Team. Lead healthcare infrastructure projects with demanding resources and complexity. Negotiate scope changes, staffing, and fees. Develop organizational structures and implementation strategies. Define resource requirements and manage client relationships. Monitor design and construction to ensure contractual and quality standards. Assign responsibilities and develop policies to foster a high-performing team. Evaluate financials, cash flow, and cost estimates; manage change orders and invoices. Forecast and address potential liabilities and risks. Develop and monitor project schedules to meet objectives. Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, and manage conflict resolution. Communicate complex ideas effectively, including to executive leadership. Develop standards and protocols for project success. Build a collaborative environment and guide less experienced team members. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with relevant industry experience. Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in healthcare infrastructure. Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or more. Experience managing high-rise healthcare construction projects. Proven ability to lead large, complex healthcare projects and teams. Strong knowledge of project management principles and excellent communication skills. Ability to resolve issues creatively and supervise staff effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and project management software. **Compensation Range:** $134,105.70 - $178,807.60 We encourage candidates who do not meet every qualification to apply, as diversity and inclusion are core to our culture.
