Job Description

Healthcare Construction Superintendent will: Manages projects fully on-site Coordinates internal teams Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors Does not just manage people but works with them Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Healthcare Construction Superintendent will have the following: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing ground up healthcare projects Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Self-motivated and self-directed Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
