Their focus ranges from $5M fit-outs to $100M healthcare renovations across New York City.
Job Description
- Oversee daily job site operations on healthcare interior renovation projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, architects, and the internal project team
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards
- Communicate progress and issues to the PMs and senior leadership
- Support closeout and punch list efforts

The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction in New York. You are confident navigating occupied facilities and tight urban environments, and thrive in high-pressure, schedule-driven environments. You're ready to step into a fast-moving project and contribute immediately. Requirements: 5+ years of healthcare construction experience, OSHA 30, NYC field experience, ability to manage fast-paced interior renovations
