Extensive experience managing diverse construction projects, with a strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations. Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee healthcare-related interior renovations, including hospital and medical office buildings. Ensure compliance with Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations and industry best practices. Manage project resources, coordinate with architects and engineers, and resolve construction challenges. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and implementing best safety practices. Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
