The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for the following:

• Operates the construction equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Operates construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
• Follows all company policies and safety regulations.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Travel will be required; travel within Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and the surrounding areas is possible.
• The ability to work hard while performing physically demanding work in the field in all weather conditions.
• Standing/walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc.
• Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
