This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney who is passionate about working with community associations and navigating the complexities of construction defect litigation. What We’re Looking ** We are in search of an Attorney who has hands-on experience or strong working knowledge in Condo/HOA law and/or Construction Defects. If you’re familiar with governing documents, enforcement actions, board representation, developer turnover, or litigating construction defect claims, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you’ve worked on cases involving both Condo/HOA and Construction Defects—we value well-rounded legal professionals who are ready to hit the ground running.
