HSE Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an HSE Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in the field, holds a deep understanding of OSHA regulations, and is passionate about fostering a culture of safety through coaching and accountability.
HSE Manager Responsibilities
Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Hold field supervisors accountable for safety infractions with a firm yet constructive approach.
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Safety Manual and related safety programs.
Support the establishment and tracking of KPIs related to safety performance and behavior-based safety initiatives.
Serve as a coach and mentor to field personnel, promoting safety awareness and best practices.
Investigate incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead safety meetings and provide ongoing training to employees.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve the safety culture and processes.
HSE Manager Position Requirements
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
3-5 years of experience in safety-related roles, preferably in [industry].
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and maintain safety documentation.
Experience with or willingness to learn KPI management and behavior-based safety programs.

HSE Manager  Position Requirements
OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30/510/500)
Experience conducting safety training sessions.
