We are looking for an HVAC Construction Foreman to join our team!

Job Summary: HVAC Construction Foreman to oversee installation crews on commercial and residential construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong leadership skills, and is motivated to grow within a company that values integrity, professionalism, and doing the right thing-every time.

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
  • 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)

Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm

Pay Range: $48.00/hr.-$52.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, installing, and replacing HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Gutter and sheet metal understanding.
  • Perform hands-on installation and oversee team productivity and safety
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Maintain and implement an installation schedule.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
  • Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10+ years of HVAC experience
  • Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
  • General understanding of construction (Custom residential, light commercial, new construction and replacement)
  • Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Team leader and team player

  • Optimistic and adaptable
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
