What You'll Do

* Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems. * Build value by recommending right-fit upgrades (IAQ, system replacements, airflow fixes, controls). * Educate homeowners in plain language so they can make smart decisions today. * Document clearly in the field app; follow safety and code requirements. * Protect the brand: tidy work areas, professional appearance, and five-star service on every call.

What You Bring

* 2+ years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred). * Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus. * Confident, customer-friendly communicator who educates—never pressures. * Valid driver's license with clean record; EPA 608 preferred.
