Job Description

The Install Apprentice (Mid-Level) will assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new residential construction projects. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in construction or mechanical trades who are ready to grow in the HVAC field. Responsibilities include rough-in and finish installation of HVAC components, reading basic blueprints or layout specs, following safety and quality protocols, and supporting the lead installer on-site. Candidates should be comfortable working on ladders, using hand and power tools, and adapting to the pace of a professional job site.

Compensation

Qualifications

• 12 years of general construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience
• Familiarity with tools, materials, and installation processes
• Ability to follow installation plans and instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Technical training or HVAC certification is a plus
