Department:  Engineering and Architecture
Full-Time Instructor Construction Technologies HV-FAC-8792 (Position Is a full-time Tenure track Position) Fall 2025
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Certification in Construction from an accredited institution and 3 years of experience in the Construction industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Associate degree in a Construction related field. Experience teaching/mentoring construction in any setting. Teaching online or hybrid classes at the college or high school level.
The Instructor will report to the Department Chair and perform the following duties:
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES: •    Provide classroom instruction in Construction lab and lecture rooms. •    Evaluate student performance and complete assessments as required by the College. •    Collaborate with colleagues on course and program development as well as transfer course review. •    Participate in departmental, division wide, and/or college wide committees. •    At the direction of the Department Chairperson, faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.
The Salary for Fall 2025 academic year position is $52,500.00.
