Prestigious Insurance Defense Trial firm actively seeking multiple Insurance Defense Attorneys at all levels of experience—from recent graduates to seasoned litigators/trial attorneys and partner level attorneys.
Trial-focused law firm representing insurance companies and their insureds in complex civil litigation throughout the New York metropolitan area. We are currently seeking multiple attorneys with a strong interest or background in New York Labor Law (Sections 240(1), 241(6), and 200) and Construction Defect litigation.

Job Details: We are currently seeking Insurance Defense Attorneys with experience representing clients in a variety of liability matters, including general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle, and other civil litigation cases.
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar JD from an accredited law school Litigation experience preferred, particularly in Labor Law and/or construction-related matters Bonus Experience: medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, municipal law Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
