Seeking a 20 years' seasoned Insurance Defense Attorney with a focus on General Liability, Casualty Insurance, and Insurance Fraud matters. This is an excellent opportunity for tech-savvy attorneys who are looking for complex litigation, interesting cases and diverse clients, handling cases with autonomy and need no hand-holding. The ideal candidate will be open to multiple practice areas and have the ability to handle a variety of defense work. This is a daily in-office role with flexibility, with a dynamic team and full staff support; bringing a passionate work ethic and building relationships are strongly encouraged. A refreshingly collegial work environment offering frequent family-friendly events to inspire team building.

Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto and Trucking, Construction Defect, Homeowners

Duties and responsibilities:

Jury trials to verdict experience required

Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings

Taking and defending depositions; EUO

Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions

For the determined self-starter and motivated attorney who loves trials (3-10 trials a year) and litigating, we want to be your Forever Home. Compensation structure is a base salary range DOE $180K- $250K; higher compensation based on trial experience, origination fees, no book needed. Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO available. First interview via zoom; second in-person; writing samples are helpful to facilitatate a quicker process.
