Job Description Oversee on-site construction activities for interior office and municipal fit-outs
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily work schedules
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or conflicts
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specs
Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and design teams
Participate in project planning meetings and assist with scheduling updates
Manage material deliveries, equipment needs, and site organization
Maintain accurate field reports, safety logs, and daily documentation
Drive a high level of accountability and professionalism across the job site

The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction, ideally in office and municipal environments
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interior systems, and finish work
Ability to manage complex schedules, site logistics, and multiple trades simultaneously
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations, inspection processes, and building codes
Comfortable working in occupied or sensitive environments (e.g., government offices)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship and client satisfaction
Proficient with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
Willingness to work on-site full time, with occasional travel as project demands require
