Job Description Oversee on-site construction activities for interior office and municipal fit-outs Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily work schedules Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or conflicts Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specs Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and design teams Participate in project planning meetings and assist with scheduling updates Manage material deliveries, equipment needs, and site organization Maintain accurate field reports, safety logs, and daily documentation Drive a high level of accountability and professionalism across the job site MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
