We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (3-8 years) to lead and manage interior builds amongst different sectors. This role will be responsible for the entire project life cycle, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring that each project meets client expectations, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.

Job Description Manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met Supervise project administration staff and coordinate closely with superintendents to establish priorities specific to interior scopes Forecast, monitor, and report on project costs and revenue; ensure alignment with approved estimates Resolve issues related to subcontractors, materials, finish schedules, and vendor coordination specific to interior trades Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety standards and goals Foster strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers to drive collaboration and accountability Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including RFI logs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
