We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction management and gain hands-on experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and be ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior project managers in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Support in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Track project progress and prepare reports on status, milestones, and any issues. Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and strategy discussions. Qualifications:

Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles (formal education or coursework in construction management is a plus but not necessary) . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual (Spanish) - highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in daily operations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Clean driving record required (Due to the need to travel between job sites). Compensation:

Starting salary: [$ 40,000.00 - $ 55,000.00 per year] Performance-based raises and opportunities for advancement based on project success and individual performance. To start there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated How to Apply:
