Salary: $90,000 + (depending on experience)

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve timecards for assigned crews, making necessary modifications. Provide coverage for other Project Managers (PMs) if needed, including reviewing and approving their timecards.
  • Manage client communication, including onboarding, providing updates, and scheduling meetings. Oversee subcontractors and their management.
  • Oversee job production and supervise the Foreman and subcontractors on-site.
  • Perform periodic Quality Control inspections on all assigned projects, including safety checks.
  • Oversee subcontractors by reviewing estimates, monitoring work progress and schedules, and managing billing.
  • Generate estimates for future sales and work.
  • Update and manage the CRM software pipeline for Sales and Installation Project Management.
  • Oversee punch-in tasks within estimating software to ensure streamlined project management. Approve all related tasks.
  • Supervise and manage the procurement of all materials for jobs while on-site and safeguard those materials.
  • Create change orders promptly to ensure timely and efficient billing, within the payroll week.
  • Manage adjustments, timelines, and task listings through Slack.
  • Submit client proposals promptly and accurately, within a two-week time period.
  • Arrange utility markouts efficiently through 811 and private contractors, as well as maintain records.
  • Other duties as required by the Management Team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum (3) years of experience with landscape project management - please do not apply otherwise.
  • Experienced in time, personnel, and task management at a management level. Please provide previous employer information.
  • Knowledge and proper care practices of tree/shrub planting, including nursery standards, safety, and irrigation.
  • A horticultural degree or background is a plus.
  • Masonry, carpentry, and pool/spa building knowledge and management are a plus.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment and with others.
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Fluency in Spanish is recommended but not required.
  • Must be confident, motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
