We are seeking a highly self motivated/self starting person who thrives in a quick moving and collaborative environment to help manage our installations. In addition to base pay, there is a per project bonus shared with the project team.Benefits: 3 weeks paid PTO plus paid holidays.Health, dental, & visit.401k w/ company contribution.Company provided Vehicle.Construction Management: Regular visits to each active job site to monitor progress, reference progress against plans, quality checks, support project manager and alert office to material orders needed. Photo logs, Monitor plant health, adjust watering as needed. receive shipments, meet sub contractors, job site cleaning (Sweeping/hosing patios, picking up trash), installing protective materials, watering plants, Communication: with client and or general contractors. Managing call before you dig requests.Service & Warranty: Build out punch lists, manage completion, Plant warranty walks, minor irrigation repairs, planting, etc.Project detailing: Hang irrigation card, program clock, complete minor punch list items, misc planting, flowers, vine anchors, clean up, verify sprinkler coverage, adjust light fixtures, etc.Client Orientations: Walk with client at completion of job, show them clock, transformers, general landscape information.Design: Alert designer to field changes do plans can be updated. Installing site signs:Planting and minor irrigation: Planting small sections of plants or installing irrigation components, includes temporary irrigation. Lighting installation: Programming and adjusting fixtures.Logistics: Placing orders as needed, Picking up small plant orders, tracking down plant material, tagging trees/cactus, picking up other material orders such as pavers, masonry, etc. Order port o Johns, coordinating dumpsters.Software: Fully utilizing all company provided software as needed to perform work.Bi-Lingual in spanish4 years landscape construction experience. recblid 9chkkycnoeubmpeomsnhq66c8s2pkm
