Position Overview: We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with a solid background in landscape construction, including hardscape and softscape installation, masonry, and concrete work. This role requires hands-on leadership and coordination of teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations, and job sites
• Manage crews and assist with subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow, productivity, and safety
• Oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.) and softscapes (planting, turf, trees) ponds and pondless water features.
• Management of equipment, materials, allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape, masonry, concrete, or construction
• Strong working knowledge of landscape installation, project management, hardscape/softscape techniques, and site grading
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and complete medical DOT.
