Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in landscape construction and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of irrigation systems and planting is a plus. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of landscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor structures.
• Prepare job sites by grading, trenching, and installing soil and base materials.
• Plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery following project specifications.
• Assist in installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, and planting techniques.
• Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00
