Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Manage field staff and subcontractor teams to maintain productivity and safety
Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Maintain high-quality workmanship and enforce company standards
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders
Profile Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects ($50m AND up)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships on and off the site
Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction
